Instructions on how you handle Silver Sneaker memberships.
Sell the membership, (1silversnkr or 1silversnkrf-Ward, 2silversnkr-Jones,5silversnkr-Hollister, 6silversnkr-Bolivar, 7silversnkr-Monett) to each individual member, it's not a family-type membership. The transaction will come up for zero dollars. Make sure to always scan or enter the gate visits for them since we are paid by the visit.
Step 1: At the end of the month, or when you need to send your reports in to Humana, go to Fundtime # 501 in your branch. Type in LS (load saved criteria), then type in Silver. Hit the Insert key. This will take you to the next screen. Make sure to leave the saved criteria field as it is (it's called Silver), name the resulting select file something you'll remember. You'll also need to put a description of the file. Make sure the last field "Use the combined warehouse data as input?" is set to Yes.
Hit the Insert key to begin processing your report.
Step 2: When your select file is complete, go to Optime # 737 - Facility Utilization Group Report.
Enter the select file name that you just created.
Enter the starting and ending dates that you want to report (usually the previous month)
Enter a Y in "transfer a comma delimited file to your pc?".
All other fields should be fine as they are.
When this report is complete, you can print for your records. This will also create a .csv file on your pc that will be located in C:/My Documents (not the usual My Documents folder on XP Computers). This is the file that you will email to Humana.
Step 3: Run the above steps again except using saved criteria SILV2 in step one to create a select file of Silver Sneaker members from other branches that have used your facility.
